Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of KASBA AI Translator and related KASBA Naturals communication services.

1. Service purpose

KASBA provides communication tools that may include multilingual chat, translation-assisted communication, audio or video calling, file exchange, and optional storage or backup integrations.

2. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for using their assigned access appropriately and for protecting credentials associated with their KASBA or connected third-party accounts.

3. Google Drive integration

Google Drive connection is optional. If a user authorizes Google Drive access, KASBA may create or manage KASBA-related files within the authorization granted by that user.

Users remain responsible for their own Google accounts and for files retained in their personal Google Drive.

4. Retention

KASBA's normal server-side chat retention is intended to be up to 30 days. Users who require longer retention should use an available export or personal backup option before server-side data is deleted.

5. Multi-user and multi-operator service

KASBA may support multiple organizations, operators, and customers. Access to information is intended to be restricted according to the relevant tenant, operator, customer, and granted permissions.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use KASBA to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Availability

KASBA may depend on internet connectivity and third-party services. Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, network conditions, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Changes

KASBA features and these Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current Terms will be published on this page.
